Hi-

I was just looking at the registration process to know what all the options were and skipped past the volunteer section.  Now I want to sign up my son to play and my husband wants to coach or assist. coach.  When I get to the volunteer section of the registration form it just says thank you for volunteering but bypasses the entry form for the volunteer information.  Can you somehow reset this so we can fill that information in?

I'm not quite sure what the problem is or how to fix it. Mike, one of our support specialists, knows more about this and will be able to help you, however, Mike is currently on vacation and will not be back until Jan. 30th. I will give him a note about your request and he will be able to help you as soon as he can.

My husband was concerned about waiting to register so we recieved a new pin number and were able to get through the process, including the volunteer information.  It still is probably worth looking into why the system has that issue, but we have taken care of submitting the information we needed to at this time.

OK, the new pin number will cause a problem.  You should contact the board to try to consolidate your record.  Because Pin is tied to family info, your new pin likely has bad information in it.  Again, please contact the board to correct the issue that will happen in the future and have your two records consolidated into one.

To volunteer, all you have to do is log in again and volunteer.  You can do this even after a player has been registered.

Ok, I will email the board. However, nothing is registered under the old pin.

Per previous email, having two pins WILL cause you issues throughout the season and in future seasons.  One key issue is that the second pin has incorrect information.  The only way to get a second pin is to change your email address and home phone.  Therefore, when you do that, neither our company or Hamel Baseball has your correct contact information associated with your records.

In response to entering volunteer information, we did try to log on again several times and delete cookies, basically tried anything we could think of, and we were never able to get the volunteer input screen again.  It simply would say Thank you for volunteering on the page and go to the next section (no form would show up)...so not sure what happened but that is why we ended up starting over. 

Regarding pin numbers, I have contacted Hamel and they are taking care of deleting our first pin number.  I did enter correct contact information on both accounts - we use more than one email consistently and are available at multiple phone numbers.  I figured that would be important so I didn't use anything that wouldn't be workable on our end or yours.  Hope that helps!
