When I enter my last name and pin, I get a message saying that the email address and pin are not a valid combination. Please help. Thanks. |

If your last name is xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx, you reversed your first name and last name when you created your account. I just fixed it. You should be fine now. Thanks, |
